
Last weekend I noticed the Elderberry brushes on our property were covered with little flowers and baby berries.

Actually I have been noticing them all around town lately, we even have a little
Inn in town named after the berries.

For some reason, in the 13 years we have lived here I have just left the berries for the birds to snack on. But this year I'm thinking about making jam from them.
Now I need to find a recipe...
