Harvesting honey wasn't on my to-do list last weekend. But when I peeked inside a couple of the honey supers, I noticed they were full. I ended up getting over 30 pounds of honey...
It's amazing how different the "spring" honey tastes compared to last "falls" honey. It's a little lighter in color with a milder flavor.
I found these cute little tiny honey bottles (2 oz.) last year, so cute!
I still need to make little labels for the bellies of the bear bottles...maybe something like-
"Honey in my Tummy"
"Honey in my Tummy"
And I'm loving this sweet honey container I got for Christmas, no more sticky mess at my house...
